To make 1,000’s of hours of flexible CNC machining capacity available to you we operate a two-shift system giving 85 hours per week on each machine.

Information on your requirements can be taken from models in a range of formats including SolidWorks, Parasolid, IGES and STEP files.

All CNC machines have a Direct Numeric Control link into our CAD/CAM system for ease of programming and secure storage of information.

To minimise set up time and the cost associated with machine setting all tooling is preset and machine programming done before the job goes on the machine.
