A promotion has been handed to Andrew Jackson with immediate effect, Andrew will now be General Manager of Claro assuming all responsibility of the former Managing Director.

2018 welcomed new starts for number of people on their Claro journey, we welcome on board Stuart Mosley (CNC Milling), Dariusz Radzki (CNC Milling), Josh Wilson (CNC Milling), Terry Hunjin(Fitting), Michael Gooding (Fitting), Jonathan Jackson (Fitting) and Matthew Knowles (Apprentice)

We have 2 new additional machines adding into our machine shop to expand current capacity, March we will be installing a new Matsuura VX660 & Matsuura R Plus 550 Twin Pallet

We have a new machine installed on our site, the new Quasar MV204 with latest Heidenhain TNC 640 controls, 4^th Axis unit, laser tool checking and BLUM laser probing is a much valued addition to our machine shop.

We are currently in the process of implementing a new MRP system throughout the business, the successful trials on one of our more complex assemblies means we are well on the way to a full customer and supply base role out very soon.

Dominic Watson has been appointed our new Production Manager, Dom has worked at Claro for almost 20 years and worked his way up from being a CNC Miller, his vast experience of how Claro works and his machining skills meant he was the ideal candidate for this role and get your parts to you as fast and efficiently as possible.

Andrew has a long history of developing and improving engineering businesses and is a welcomed addition to the Claro team looking to bolster our customer base and improve our manufacturing efficiency.

Claro are in the process of changing our accreditation from ISO 2008 to updated version of ISO 2015.

Claro continue the refurbishments and have the sales office meeting room cleaned up and looking better than ever.
